Jo Appleton, our Community Warden, has asked that residents be made aware of the following scam reported by Public Protection - Kent.

We have received reports of doorstep criminals in Dartford. They are cold calling residents and showing a drone video of a damaged roof. They impersonate council officers and offer to do the work for a discount or otherwise they will take you to the Small Claims Court ,

This is a SCAM. Please do not respond to cold callers;
