Twenty adult and child volunteers participated in yesterday's Wilmington Parish Spring Clean
Although only a small group by splitting up a lot of ground was covered with pickers visiting - Oakfield Lane, Parsons Lane, Leyton Cross, Common Lane, Edwin Road, High Road, Tredegar PROW, Hurlfield and Church Hill
The Parish Council's thanks goes to those who gave their time including representation from the Grammar schools, St Michael’s Church, Dartford Borough Councillor George Holt and our own 'Home Team' Wilmington Parish Councillors Stacey Brown, Tamlyn Jones, Deb Bowman, Av Sandhu, and Steve Parsons.
At the end of the session over 30 bags of litter were collected to await picking up by dartford Borough Council's Waste & Recycling Team
