2025 Annual Meeting of the Council

At the Annual Meeting of the Council held on 7th May David Mann, one of the Councillors for Birchwood Ward, was elected as Chairman whilst Councillor Tamlyn Jones, one of the representatives for Central Ward, continues as Vice-Chairman.

In his opening comments as the newly appointed Chairman Councillor Mann said '“I wish to pay tribute to Councllor Brown for her energy and passion for the Parish and the inspiration she brought to her role of Chair of the Parish. I am delighted that she remains a Member of the Council and look forward to continue working with her and other fellow Members on behalf of our amazing community"

At the Meeting the appointments made to Outside Bodies were -

Wilmington Parochial Charity - Councillors Deborah Bowman and Tamlyn Jones

Joydens Wood Community Residents Association - Councillor Lesley Rock (Substitute - Councillor Marilyn Peters)

London Green Belt Council - Councillor Marilyn Peters

Wilmington Fair Committee - Councillor Avtar Sandhu

Councillor David Mann was reappointed as the Lead Member on Finance and Councillor Stacey Brown as the Lead Member on Personnel
