The following crime features on the latest edition of the e-watch Newsletter (See Kent Police & Crime page). If any resident has any CCTV or Doorcamera images please contact Kent Police by either telephoning 101, completing the online reporting tool or providing information anonymously via Crimestoppers. The Parish Council urges residents to report every crime, act of vandalism or anti-social behaviour they see to the Police - if incidents are not reported there are, as far as the Police are converned, no problems!!

Chestnut Grove

Between 20:00 on Wednesday 30th of April and 08:00 on Tuesday 6th of May, somebody damaged a noticeboard outside a park/play area.
Crime Report No. 46/77825/25

The vandalised noticeboard, which was ony installed a few months ago at a cost of over £2,500, is beyond repair and will in due course be replaced. The Parish Council is seeking an urgent meeting with the Police and our newly elected County Councillor to discuss and seek a solution to what has been an unwelcome increase in anti-social behaviour.
