Following message received from Kent Highway Services this morning -

It will be necessary to close Hook Green Lane from 14th May 2025 for up to 7 days.

The road will be closed at the junction with Birchwood Road.

The alternative route is via Hook Green Lane, Birchwood Road, Leyton Cross Road, Oakfield Lane, Common Lane, Broad Lane, Hook Green Lane and reversed,

This is to enable water pipe repairs to be carried out by Thames Water
