The Rosemary Centre - Update

As residents are probably aware, despite the Parish Council nominating The Rosemary Centre as an 'Asset of Community Value' (ACV), Kent County Council decided to proceed with the sale at today's auction. The Parish Council stresses that the identity of the purchaser, who paid more than double the the guide price, is not known at this stage nor is the proposed use of the site and building.

The nomination of the Centre as an ACV is still being considered by Dartford Borough Council and as soon as the Parish Council has been notified of the decision it will be posted on the Parish website and Facebook Page.
