For anyone interest in learning a little bit more about Wilmington a booklet 'Wilmington Heritage Trail' was produced a few years ago the text of which can be found on the 'Community' Page of this website. The booklet will lead you on a trail around the Village linked to the Green Plaques which can be found at various sites. A hard copy of the booklet can be obtained from either the Heritage Centre (adjacent to Wilmington Memorial Hall) or the Parish Office in Oakfield Park or by an e-mail message the Parish Clerk at giving your name and address - dependent on where you live this will either be hand-delivered or posted to you.
